Mini Comic

It's only fair I share something I worked on. That's what Damianism is all about right? Here is spread from a mini comic I made for this girl I'm talking too.

Give Me Back My $5

I know I'm probably late with this post due to the fact that new comics come out today, but I feel I still need to voice my opinion about this comic, Hulk #600. Where should I begin? How about "THIS COMIC IS FU#*ING TERRIBLE." I had stop buying this series for a while now. I'm not going to front I read the first run on this book and thought it was terrific. It brought the inner child out of me. But eventually it started to make me feel stupid. Not only that Jeph is taking to long to reveal who the damn Red Hulk is. In this special 600 issue you would think he would've had done it but know he tells this meaningless story and tell readers to not be concerned with the Red Hulk but to concentrete on the story as a whole cause some ridiculous war is coming. Are you serious? I paid five dollars for you to tell me not to worry about the damn RED HULK. Than why the hell did you create the bastard. After reading this issue of Hulk I came to two conclusions. 1. Jeph Loeb has lost his touch and 2. The need to leave the Hulk thing to Greg Pak and Fred Van Lente. Give me back my $5

Well at least I can say the art was good. You want to pay $5 dollars for a comic pick up Amazing Spiderman #600

WHO DA MAN?!

Who da man?! is my new ongoing post. After reading so much good comics lately and seeing so many good artist, designers, and writers I've decided to create this segment. It'll mostly feature people in the comic book industry who are doing some crazy a$$ S#!T. Later on this ongoing post might evolve but for now it is what it is. So who is out first Who Da Man?!

None other than, Robert Kirkman.

Why is Robert Kirkman the man? Because he is one good ass writer. There is so much to say about this dude. Kirkman is a comic book writer who made it in marvel and then went to go and start his own creator owned series. Some has fail while others made an impact on fanboys, like the Walking Dead and Invincible. I read both books but I haven't caught up on the Walking Dead and kind of fell off Invincible. But I recently came back around Issue #50 and haven't fell off since. Each issue get's better and better. Within the last four issues (#60-64) Kirkman has really pushed himself and accomplished things that take the Big Two (DC and MARVEL) take years to accomplish. And that is why Robert Kirkman is Da Man.

APOLOGIZES, BUT I STILL RISE.

I truly have to apologize to all of you who have been following my blog post. I have let you down with my procrastination which I promised myself I would not do. I also apologize for not announcing my secret project on July 1. Damn! Now it's like July 23. Well don't worry about it anymore, it has been currently postponed. I have too much on my plate right now.

You must be wondering what the hell I'm so caught up doing. Well recently time has thrown some events in my way. I've been writing a comic with a friend, been trying to make music, drawing and writing short comics, and I now have a lady in my life. I'm still getting used to juggling it all. But don't worry I will be making it all up to you guys by posting some real cool awesome post. Cause from these depths I have fallen into I still rise.
